Anderson, IN– The Madison County Builders Association has elected Paul Schwinghammer of Hallmark Homes, Inc. as its new president for 2017. Outgoing President Lawrence Johnson of Mustin Builders served in that capacity from 2010-2016. Phil Stephenson of Redbud Homes will serve as Vice President. “I am pleased and honored to serve as President for the upcoming term and thank Lawrence for his outstanding service and dedication to our association over the past several years,” Schwinghammer said. Both he and Johnson will be attending the Indiana Builders Association annual legislative conference later this month at the Indiana Statehouse. The two day conference will enable builders to interact with state legislators on a variety of topics that impact home construction.
The local association is celebrating its 65th anniversary in 2017 and has as its mission to bring home builders and affiliated companies together for a stronger Madison County.
