C&J Well Co. exists to provide central Indiana with high quality wells, pumps, water treatment, and related services and products in a timely, professional, ethical manner. C&J Well Drilling has grown from its first three employees to nearly 20, and have gone from one 1966 well rig to maintaining three additional new rigs as well. They eventually purchased Water Wells by Wilhite and expanded the services from just drilling to encompassing all aspects of a water system ( i.e.: pump systems, water treatments, repairs and geothermal drilling) in the process becoming C&J Well Co.
